Local Pickup: We currently offer a local pickup service for all of the items we have offers on our site Westfairy.com in Brooklyn NY in the United States. The payment term we accept for local pickup can be a major type of credit/debit card or by cash, remember, if you are not 100% satisfied with the products you pick-up with, we can offer an on-spot return & refund process for your order immediately.
Local Pickup Minimum: $0
Local Delivery: You will be expecting a delivery member of Westfairy.com to dropoff a package at your doorstep, you can choose to pre-pay the order in advance using our online order system or by proceeding with the payment with our delivery member during the meetup of handing over your packages. The service area for local delivery is limited to New York City in the United States at this moment.

Shipping by Carrier: We mainly ship our order(s) through 3+ different storage & shipping hubs located within the United States, Europe, and Asia
International Shipping Delivery Minimum: Conditional on $3.99 & up
If you live within the United States, Canada, Netherland, Germany, or the UK: a). If the item(s) you ordered is in stock for immediate shipping handling, your order(s) will be shipped as domestic shipment by default. b). If the item(s) you ordered is subjected to backorder handling, you will get an email notification from us for the expected delivery date & suitable shipping arrangement accordingly
If you live outside of the above countries: Your order is subjected to international shipping arrangements, please contact us at hello@westfairy.com for more information about your physical location and interest in the purchase by product category or specific item(s) prior to placing an order(s) with us. Some item(s) may not be available for resell in certain countries defined by the headquarter of the brand(s) as well as international trade rules of import & export restrictions defined by certain country's gov office
We only proceed with orders during regular business hours from Monday ~ Friday ( excluding holidays & special events ). While we always try our best to offer same-day handling to all incoming orders, but it usually takes 1 ~ 2 business days to pick & pack an order before we can securely arrange to ship it to your doorstep and update the tracking info into our shipping system
Notes: In case of cancellation of a specific item(s) or order(s) due to backorder or out of stock status, order(s) will be subject to expectable delay in terms of general processing, order notification will send to your mailbox for an update.
